  HAVVA products are available to ship overseas. The frequent destinations include Singapore & Brunei. The price & standard of international shipping is subject to the selected country and its custom policy.

• Parcel Didn’t Arrive/Broken Items

  For any broken items received or parcel isn’t delivered, kindly contact us here. We shall assist you shortly.

Website purchase: All website orders work on a first come first serve basis. No holdback or reservation unless special circumstances happen. Consumers are required to check carefully for the specifications, details, & price of each product and the delivery fee. Strictly no refund or return for the wrongly purchased items.

Direct bank transfer: Consumers are required to transfer the exact amount of the dealt order.

• Items will be delivered only when the balance has been cleared.
• For overpaid amount (via direct bank transfer), strictly no refund is provided and the extra amount will be transferred into store credit & use for the next purchase. The store credit is valid for 1 month period prior to the previous bank transfer date.

HAVVA accepts 2 payment methods at the moment, as follows:

Availability of door-to-door installation is subject to the given location. Additional charges are required. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, NO door-to-door installation at this period until further notice.

• HAVVA Online Workshop is viewed via our website. All online workshop members will be given an account (username & password) upon successful registration. HAVVA Online Workshop is available for lifetime view for members, no expiry date.
