Philip began HAVVA's research journey in 2014, adapting aquaponics and permaculture knowledge to Malaysian growing conditions. His work connects invention with the practical questions encountered in real farming systems.

Tan Kian Chor

Kenzo brings technology and operations experience to HAVVA's development and delivery. He holds an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland; his research examined direct-to-consumer fresh-produce channels and smallholder farmer profitability in Malaysia.

How we work

HAVVA works with commercial operators, government agencies, institutions, communities and home growers. We define what is supplied, who is responsible for the site and installation, and how training and support are arranged.

We welcome projects beyond Malaysia. On-site work, supply and remote guidance are scoped for each location rather than assumed to be the same everywhere.
