A farm is an operating system

Technology is one part of a workable farm.

We connect the growing system with the site, utilities, workflow, team and production objective. The result is a defined project, not a collection of disconnected equipment.

HAVVA can lead an integrated delivery or support a client-led installation. The proposal sets out what HAVVA supplies, what the client prepares and how commissioning, training and support will work.

Delivery pathway

From an early brief to a working first cycle.

  1. 01

    Start with the operating plan

A workable farm starts with the right questions: what will you grow, who will operate it, and how will produce reach your customers? We review your objectives, site conditions, utilities and project scope before proposing a system.

  2. 02

    Design and integrate the farm

Our work can include growing-system layout, modular infrastructure, irrigation and the coordination of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical requirements. The agreed proposal defines the works, interfaces and responsibilities for your site.

  3. 03

    Build, hand over and support

Installation is followed by commissioning, operator training and an agreed support arrangement. For client-led installations, HAVVA can scope remote technical guidance alongside the system supply.

Start with what you know

What shapes the scope

You do not need a finished specification. A site, objective and operating idea are enough to begin a useful technical discussion.

Start the conversation
  • Site location, usable area and existing infrastructure
  • Crop and production objectives
  • Water, electricity and environmental conditions
  • Operating team, training needs and route to market
  • Budget, schedule and installation responsibilities

Common questions

Before a proposal is prepared.

Can HAVVA work outside Malaysia?

Yes. Design, supply, on-site work and remote support are scoped for the location. Springhill Farm in Brunei is an example of client-led installation supported by HAVVA.

Does HAVVA provide a complete farm quotation?

The quotation reflects the agreed scope. It can include growing infrastructure, installation, coordination, training and support, with site and client responsibilities stated clearly.

Can the project begin before the crop plan is final?

An early feasibility discussion can begin, but crop, production and operating assumptions need to be resolved before the system and layout are finalised.
